The following are the terms and conditions for road side assistance service:

  • Coverage: The road side assistance service will cover the vehicle specified by the customer during registration. The service will only be provided within the geographical limits specified by the service provider.

  • Services Provided: We will provide assistance for problems such as battery jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and towing services, key lock out, towing, starting problem, plug fault.

  • Services limitations: SpeedyMech reserves the right to deny or limit services if, in their opinion, the service request is not valid, or if the customer has exceeded the maximum number of service requests allowed.

  • Exclusions : The service provider will not provide service for problems arising from accidents, intentional acts, or the use of the vehicle for illegal purposes.

  • Liability: The service provider will not be liable for any damages arising from the provision of road side assistance service, including damages arising from delays, errors, or omissions.

  • Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless from any claims arising from the provision of road side assistance service, including claims arising from the customer's negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.

  • Modification: The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice to the customer.

  • Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates.

  • Customer need to check the genuity of the Battery and it's warranty before purchasing the same from our mechanics.

  • Day and Night Charges will be different. Day Time 08:00AM to 08:00PM, Night Time 08:00PM to 08:00AM.

  • In case of Emergency Fuel we will directly fill the fuel to customer vehicle. We will not deliver the fuel to customer at any situation, it can be fill only to the vehicle directly by us.

  • SpeedyMech is not responsible for any delay like traffic Jams or any natural Calamities.

  • You may still be required to pay a fee for the technician's visit even if your car cannot be started due to other underlying issues.

  • If you request service for jumpstarting your battery and subsequently request additional assistance, you need to be required to pay an additional fee for the second service.

  • If you requested for towing assistance and confirmed payment for the service, and the towing vehicle has departed to pick up your vehicle, but you decide to cancel the service for any reason, you will be required to pay 50% of the amount which was agreed before sending towing vehicle.

  • In case of premium vehicle like BMW, Jaguar, Range Rover, Mercedes etc, towing can be provided if car is in neutral condition otherwise you have to pay charges for doing the car in neutral.

  • In case of rural area, hill stations, highways or village area if mechanic is unavailable we can provide towing facility.
